On the feedback I received from my friend and also my learning partner, Nora Zhang, I find out a few problems in my draft of the research paper.
First is Not refined enough in content. Since the contents were combined with my own idea and the articles I found, I didn’t summarized the External information enough for a academic research paper.
Secondly, as also a blog, I need to Beautify my blog with pictures and I need to use better structure to separate contents for viewers to read the blog easily.
Thirdly, to enrich my research paper, I not only need to describe the advantages of online corporate training, but also need to discuss the Direction for online corporate training to improve and the differences between traditional training and online training.
